Roman Sergeevich Ryazantsev is the founders and Chief Executive Officer of «Ryazantsev Consulting» LLC.
Born in the city of Arkhangelsk. Graduated from the Moscow Academic Institute with a degree in Organization Management. Passed professional retraining at the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of Russia (RANEPA) under the program «State and Municipal Administration».
For more than 10 years he worked in Russia in various managerial positions in oil and gas construction companies. He took an active part in the construction of the onshore part of the Nord Stream gas pipeline (Nord Stream, formerly the North European Gas Pipeline), the SRTO-Torzhok gas pipeline, the Pripolyarnaya, Peregrebnenskaya, Myshkinskaya compressor stations, and others facilities of the Gazprom PJSC system for customers ZAO Yamalgazinvest and ZAO Gazprom Invest Yug. He also took part in the production of large-diameter pipes at the Volzhsky Pipe Plant for the customer PJSC Transneft and in the construction of the Start-up Complex of Power Unit No. 2. No. 3 of the Rostov NPP (Volgodonsk) for the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom. In companies, he was personally responsible for interaction with customers, authorities and supervisory structures in the regions of construction, made responsible management decisions in the implementation of projects.
Since 2011, I have been living in Abkhazia on a permanent basis. Worked as secretary-expert of the Trade Representation of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Abkhazia, Assistant to the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Abkhazia, Assistant to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Abkhazia, Advisor to the Chairman of the Board on GR of CMR Bank Abkhazia, Deputy Director for External Relations of the Sukhumi Institute of Physics and Technology of the Academy of Sciences of Abkhazia . From March 2022 to the present, I have been working as Deputy General Director for Cooperation with the Countries of the Transcaucasian Region of the EAEU Institute.
I am actively involved in social activities. Since 2017, I have been the head of the Public Association «Russian Community of Abkhazia». From January 2013 to April 2018 was an expert of the Russian-Abkhazian Business Council at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and a permanent representative of the RABC in the Republic of Abkhazia. As part of this public activity, I still provide informational, organizational and consulting support to the Abkhaz and Russian participants in foreign economic activity, and also led the project of the RABC Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation “Economic newspaper “Business Abkhazia””.
Taking into account the experience gained and professional competencies in the development and strengthening of interstate relations between Abkhazia and Russia and the business communities of the two countries, I decided to create my own consulting company LLC «Ryazantsev Consulting», which will consult on doing business in Abkhazia, both for Russian and for foreign entrepreneurs from friendly countries.
